Staff Credentials

Jennifer is the primary caregiver at SSHCC.  She is currently enrolled at Joliet Junior College to obtain a Child Development Associate's degree and is also working on various credentials through Child Care Resource & Referral of Will County.  She has over 10 years experience working with children from infancy to teenage years through her background in being a child care provider and nanny.
 
Laura is a Child Care Assistant for SSHCC.  She has been employed at the daycare since March of 2008.
 
Kaylie is a Child Care Assistant for SSHCC.  She has been employed at the daycare since August of 2009.
 
John is also a primary caregiver at SSHCC during school breaks and holidays that the daycare is open.  He has his Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education and History.  He currently teaches US and World History at Plainfield North High School.  He has over 10 years teaching experience. 

Experience

Jennifer has over 10 years experience with children of all ages.  Starting as a Nanny in Clarendon Hills, Hinsdale, and Westmont, she has worked with children ages 0-11.

Basic Information

Jennifer is the primary caregiver for the children at Stepping Stones HCC.  On school breaks, John is at the day care full time.
 
At least once every month we attend a training or seminar through JAAEYC, NAEYC, CCR&R, or JJC.  We are all CPR and First-Aid certified.
